Abstract

The monopoly days are gone. These are the days of tough competition and the real competition among organization is based on human resource which can ensure the performance of organizations. No doubt that Competing organizations, needs employees who are eager to go beyond the standard expectations of their objectives and their job descriptions. But the cause required for move can never be ignored, which are leadership and culture in this paper. This paper tried to find out the intensity of the cause toward employee performance.  548 banks employee of the south region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was the target population where 134 sample was collected with 20 items close ended questionnaires. Data was statistically analyzed through linear and multiple regression with SPSS v.21.0. Reliability test was also conducted. It was statistically concluded that the performance of those employees are high who thinks beyond the box which can be materialized or improved with the provision of visionary leadership and proper culture. The finding of the papers belongs to banking sectors but can be implement in all those organizations which are keenly interested in enhancing employee performance and the researchers are suggested to confirm the results in other industries to overcome the limitation of the study.
